You may not be able to access that specific page without logging in, but that site has the general idea of what’s going on.  Most of the rules and stuff are pretty traditional.

A super simple version of it would be that it’s a large game of tag where a very small number of people (1-4, usually) start the game as ‘it’, and when people who are not ‘it’ are tagged, they also become ‘it’ (instead of ‘it’ transferring from tagger to person being tagged, like in traditional tag).  Those who are not ‘it’ can use various means to protect themselves.
